How do I request D?
In order to request D, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
1. You need to be the owner of the channel.
You need to be the channel owner (chanlev +n) on Q in the channel you want to request the D service to.
2. You need to be logged in to the statistics site.
Either by using this link or by using the "Sign In" button at the statistics website.
To request the D service, click on the channel name at the statistics website.
