RECOVER
Recovers a channel from a takeover.
This command makes Q:
• Deop (set mode -o to) every channel operator (users on the channel prefixed with a @), except those with flag +p in the chanlev.
• Remove all channel bans.
• Remove channel modes +i, +k, +l, +m and +r (except if these modes are being enforced through CHANMODE)
You need to be master (+m) or owner (+n) on Q for the channel to use this command.
Usage:
/msg Q RECOVER #channel
