As some of you may have already noticed we've recently added a new feature in O to automatically reop regular ops in channels where all ops have been lost. We hope this will stop abuse of the "requestop" feature to perform takeovers.
A side effect of this change is that it is now easier for us to address takeovers. If your channel has been taken over it is important to report to
feds as soon as possible so that the Operators can fix your channel.
We would like to offer our thanks to EFnet for coming up with this idea.
