How do I join #feds?
Follow these steps:
Step 1
Join #help and immediately state your problem with all required details. The #help staff will evaluate your problem.
Step 2
If you were given a #feds ticket, You will receive a query from G with instructions on how to use it. Open the query window. It will read:
You have been issued an invite ticket for channel #feds. This ticket is valid for a period of 2d. You can use my invite command to get to the channel now. Type /msg G invite #feds
This ticket will be stored against your account for a period of 2 days.
Step 3
Having read G's query, execute the command that it gives you. When you execute the command, you will receive an invite to #feds from G.
* G has invited you to #feds
You may now join #feds using /join #feds.
Upon joining, state your problem, and an operator will respond to it whenever one is available.
Note
You cannot join #feds without first being granted a ticket, and you cannot be granted a ticket without being authed to Q and forwarded by #help.
You can re-use your #feds ticket until it expires by repeating steps 2 and 3 at any time while being authed to same Q account as you used before.
If you are refused access to #feds after all information has been given to and considered by our staff, do not argue with this decision unless you wish to have your Q access revoked. Your further input is not requested nor required.
