QuakeNet website problems

There have been some problems with the QuakeNet website over the past week. Most of these issues have now been resolved however, the L request and other interactive services on the website are still down.

You can rest assured we are aware of the problems and are working to resolve them, but this may take some time. There will be an updated news post when the website is fixed.

#50 is soo right... The L bot service along with Q and S, is a _FREE_ service that Qnet is so kind to give us.. We do not pay them sh!t, so therefore we cannot expect this to take 1, maybe 2 seconds to fix... Qnet staff is probably banging their heads against the keyboard in frustration sometimes.. I think Quakenet is so big, that it is allowed to have some problems sometimes ;>, Its no problem 4 me 2 w8!!! All of you people moaning about L and Q request page should calm down. Firstly I really need L too but complaining about it won\'t make things better! Also note that Quakenet host al this stuff, server, channels and services like L and Q for FREE. Dont complain if its free. Leave them to do their part for the site. A better suggestion would be suspending the Q accounts of everyone who has requested or flamed here. As well as suspending the channels being requested from ever recieving services. Manche Leut schreiben hier soeine Scheisse, ihr solltet froh sein das es überhaupt Bots wie L, S und Q gibt. In anderen NEtzwerken ist es den Betreibern egal ob Channels Owner haben oder nicht -_- ich wünsche mir einfach eine schnellen Request wieder OHNE zu nörgeln und zu meckern, wer Probleme damit hat kann sich auch einen eigenen IRC Server mit Bots mieten - gibt es schon ab 20 s monatlich :p. #349 & #345 L is working, that is the normal reply when the channel is too new. You will just have to idle with 4 people for the two hours required. Doesn\'t matter if you claim a previous history in the channel, just wait the 2 hours and then request L.

@Speccah : same thing here m8, I have had 8 people or more in the channel since last Wednesday. Im also channel op for other chans, have idled fully in the chan i need L in and I get the same message, SCORE TOO LOW. It doesnt make any sense, as ive checked criteria many times and they have all been fulfilled. Idle longer than 2 hours today alone (now some 7 hours after originally requesting L) and stil get the same error, any chance you can check this out please? Cheers

Sorry to say this again but Staff you arent listening. Asking people to log is insulting peoples intelligence when ive posted a lot more info about the problem. Instead could you answer the Q I posted earlier (twice). I tried a new channel with 5 opped in yesterday evening waited til this morning (12 hours) and requested L (LOGGED IN AND AUTHD) yet it still says Score too low... please could you look into this and post something so at least we know we arent doing something wrong.
