What are the #feds rules and policies?

The channel rules are as follows:

Do not flood the channel with multiple lines of text – aim to state your problem within 3 lines.

Do not flood the channel with capital letters.

Do not use colour/bold/underline/reverse or any other control codes.

Do not contact any network staff privately via query or notice unless invited or otherwise permitted to do so.

Do not linger after being dealt with.

Do not argue with the answer that you are given by staff.

Do not highlight operator’s nicknames in #feds to get attention.

Do not interrupt an operator who is already dealing with a user, be patient and wait your turn.

Do not expect or request support if you do not agree to these terms.

Violation will result in your removal from the channel and further requests for support denied.
