I've banned a user, but he keeps on rejoining. What to do?
If you have placed a ban on a user, and the ban is valid against that user, and they continue to join the channel after you have banned them, this means that they are being invited by a channel op or Q.
The first thing to do is to ensure the user does not have +o on Q. If they do, remove it. Then if they try to use Q to give them an invite, they won't be given one.
If they continue to join, or didn't have flags on Q, then a channel op in your channel is inviting them. Sadly it is not easy to see who is doing this. You will either have to ask who is doing it, or start de'oping the other channel ops to prevent them from inviting people.
